You agree to these terms when you create a ION DASH account or use ION DASH. The ION DASH Terms of Service do not apply to this service.

You can see the branded content posted on ION DASH by account holders who promote products or services based on their business relationship with the business partner mentioned in their content. You can learn more about this here .

Data policy

We need to collect and use your information in order to provide our services. The data policy explains how we collect, use and share information across ION DASH products . It also explains how you can control your information in a variety of ways, including ION DASH privacy and security settings . You must comply with the data policy in order to use ION DASH.

Your promise

In order for us to be committed to providing the service, you need to make the following commitments to us.

You may not do any work that could interfere with or harm the operation of the Service.

This includes abuse of any reporting, dispute or application channel, such as fraudulent or baseless allegations or appeals.

You may not attempt to create or access an account or collect information in an unauthorized manner.

This rule also includes the automatic collection of information or the creation of accounts without our explicit permission.

You may not sell, license or purchase any account or data obtained from us or from our Services.

Including trying to buy, sell or transfer any part of your account (including your username); This includes requesting, collecting or using other users' login credentials or badges, or requesting or collecting ION DASH usernames or passwords, or improperly collecting access tokens.

You may not use any domain name or URL in your username without our prior written consent.

You give us that permission. As part of our agreement, you also give us the permissions we need to provide our services.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you give us a license to use it. Nothing changes about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of the content you post on or through the Service and you may share your content with anyone else wherever you wish. However, we require certain legal permissions (known as "licenses") from you to provide the service. We have extra rights

If you use any of the copyrighted material that we have in our possession and use of our services (e.g., images, designs, videos or words that you add to the content you create or share), then our content (but not yours) ) We have all the rights.

Deleting content and deactivating or closing your account

If we believe that any content or information you share in the Service ( including our ION DASH Community Guidelines ) violates these Terms of Use, we may remove it if we have the right or need to do so in accordance with the law. Once the content has been deleted, it may take up to 90 days for us to back it up and remove it from Disaster Recovery Systems.

Content will not be deleted within 90 days of the start of the account deletion or content deletion process in the following situations:

Where your content has been used by others under this license and they have not deleted it (in this case, this license will remain in effect until that content is deleted); Or

Where our systems cannot be deleted within 90 days due to technical limitations, we will technically complete the deletion as soon as possible; Or

Where deletion will limit our ability to:
